I've been racing the Enduro World Series for 4 years now. I'm yet to have a full EWS season, I'm working towards that one day, and for now it's all about picking the races and trying to get to them. I've definitely adopted van life this year and it's an eye opener. From the comfortable racing of the past years where time off was the issue the opposites true now. Plenty of time but the budget is burst before the seasons started. I'm enjoying van life though. It's pretty good to get the Landship, now names HMS Big time back on the road for another EWS session.
Ireland was the 4th round of the series this year and heck it was tough. 6 stages Ina day really pushes you. It was however to be my best EWS result over the last few years and build upon a solid start to the year. I finished up 26th overall with a massive smile on my face. It's satisfying to see hard work pay off and to hit those performance targets. Here's some pics from Trev Worsey from a killer trip. Thanks to all my sponsors for their support. It all helps!
